MCC Meat Canner

            Contributions are welcomed for the local MCC Meat Canning. These donations will stay in the local Mt. Lake account. Thank you.


Goal Setting Session

            The Deacon Board has set a new goal setting session for today, December 4, at 11:00 a.m. with a noon potluck meal to follow. Come share your dreams and ideas as we meet around tables in the Fellowship hall. All Bethel Church attendees are urged to attend.


Pastor Gene Miller Farewell

            Pastor Gene’s last sermon will be Sunday, December 18. The Spiritual Board will be hosting a short farewell after the morning worship at 11:00 a.m. December 18 with a potluck noon meal following.


Joint Christmas Choir

            You are invited to sing in a Christmas Choir for our joint Christmas morning worship service with First Mennonite Church on Sunday, December 25. Rehearsals began in the sanctuary last Wednesday evening at 7:00 p.m.


News From The Worship Committee

            This year we will not have a Sunday School Christmas program. The children will participate in the advent services in special ways. This year we will not have a Christmas Eve service. Christmas day there will be a combined service with music interspersed with scriptures. The children's "can offering" will collect funds for relief kits for MCC.

            We give thanks for all the relationships in our congregations and in our conference that sustain us, guide us, and help us to see the Kingdom of God!

Envelopes were distributed to those who used the envelope system for their giving in 2022. If you wish to begin giving through the envelope system and receive receipts for your contribution in 2023, call the church office. You will receive a supply of envelopes to be used throughout the year.
